Proposal Writers β Craft clear, compelling narratives that align with RFP requirements and showcase solutions tailored to client needs. Writers should have a strong understanding of federal procurement processes and the ability to collaborate effectively with proposal teams.
Technical Writers β Translate complex technical information into easy-to-understand language for a variety of audiences. Writers will work closely with subject matter experts to create technical volumes, white papers, and other proposal content that demonstrates compliance and value.
Requirements:
Proven experience in proposal development, preferably for federal government clients.
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with an ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
Familiarity with federal RFP requirements, Section L and M compliance, and proposal development best practices.
Ability to work as a 1099 contractor with availability to meet project-based deadlines, sometimes on short notice.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
